A little poem I wrote while on a walk this afternoon. Just grateful for it all ✨🍃 I truly feel like the deeper you’ve been, where there’s only a glimmer of light and a speck of hope, the taller and broader you’ll flourish with time. There were times years ago, where I felt covered by hopelessness, not sure what the next day may carry. Living in unsettled ease within my own mind and body. I’m so grateful for where I currently am today. I’ve truly never felt better in my entire life at the age of 30. Obstacles come your way. Seasons change, form and go. But I truly feel like I’m in an internal spiritual flow. Things can seem dark and scary at times but I know what I’m grasping onto is true, next to me and all around me. I feel settled within my own mind and body and I have a good understanding of what the next day will carry. Thank you God for this beautiful life and for bringing me to where I am today. From my 20s to my 30s is only a decade away. So much growth and change has happened, and as I’m writing this out. I feel so lucky to have experienced each and every day. So much life has happened in between. Depression, insecurity, low self worth, rose from the seams. Thank you God for walking with me. protecting me. And picking me up when I fall. I promise to continue to have my eyes and heart set above. For I know my angels and you see it all. Chapters and chapters ahead of what my mind and eyes can see. What a beautiful life I’m so blessed to live. With the people I love the most walking beside me. Thank you for the little joys you allow me to feel and experience. With my strong mind and body moving me around experiencing your love and grace each waking day, living in your glory as the moments flow and sway 🦋✨🫶🏼
