If I hadn’t been laid-up with a migraine all day yesterday, I would’ve posted this on the actual first day of Fall 🍂😉. Hands-down my favorite season to be outside, be creative, snuggle-up, decorate, and dress for, Fall is finally officially HERE! Colorado welcomed it in yesterday with some moody, chilly weather, which was much-needed after the weeks upon weeks of 90°+ temps we’ve been having. Of course, with significant weather changes sometimes comes a hard-hitting migraine. Thank you all for your kind DMs! Turns out there are a LOT of migraine sufferers out there. Someone told me if you eat some Sour Patch Kids at the onset of an aura, there’s something about them that helps make the headache part of the migraine less intense. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Has anyone else heard that? I mean, I’m trying it next time regardless! Any other interesting tips?? You all really are the best, and I’m glad you’re my people!
