This man. Shahzad Ismaily. What a gift to get to know him last week on the Heart Song retreat in Mallorca. He and his daughter will be joining the next family friendly retreat in Taos, New Mexico. (But not only for families! All are welcome!) Shahzad has collaborated with some of my favorite artists such as as Laurie Anderson, yet he makes music accessible for everyone. He will be offering workshops in musical improvisations. You don't have to be a musician to join! This Taos campout will be yet another deep dive with breathwork, music, movement, delicious food and community. Come experience the Heart Song gathering as the family grows 💗. Children welcome! I will be bringing my girls! This is the first family friendly heart song retreat- and hopefully will be one of many more to come. @dgrombacher_13 will be offering music camp for kids 7and up, and @lavenderjaq will be holding space for the littles.
