Overlapping mental health issues can be as confusing for the sufferer as it is for anybody else. There's this need or desire to strive for normalcy, yet confinement from this ball and chain that causes one to withdraw from the effort. Anxiety increases this need to succeed but results in failure due to debilitating depression time and time again, which in turn exacerbates levels of anxiety.
