On September 26th, 1921, Frank Lloyd Wright wrote to general contractor C. D. Goldthwaite, “we consider your work on residences ‘A’ and ‘B’, erected for the Olive Hill Construction Company satisfactory and completed.” 101 years years later at Residence A, we've finished a transformative restoration to the exterior, improved building systems, integrated seismic reinforcements, and are now working to ensure the interior soon shines again. Cheers to many milestones for this National Historic Landmark in Barnsdall Park!
