As a coach, one of the biggest things I see that derails a person’s progress is the weekend.
A lot of people seem to be able to stick to a meal plan, macros, calories no problem during the week but as soon as Friday hits, all control is lost, the diet goes back out the window and they find themselves repeating the same old, tired line...
“I’ll start again on Monday”
But how many times can you keep singing the same old tune before you realise it’s time to get serious about this?
If you want to see results and hit your goals, then you have to stay consistent, not 5 days a week but 7!
