In life we are always hiding. Our money, our relationships, our thoughts, our bodies. We don’t have anywhere SAFE to be ourselves! That’s why I chose the theme of this retreat in Jamaica as “Let’s get naked”. I thought everyone would be shy, but I THOUGHT WRONG 😂 Everybody was swimming NAKED in the ocean by day TWO 💦 It showed me that in the RIGHT atmosphere, where you feel SAFE and accepted, you can change from feeling stressed to feeling “blessed” (corny but true! LET ME LIVE!) overnight.
