After supper earlier this week @drjen_13 made a promise to me that she was going make sure I stayed around. It's been no secret on my health issues this year and I've not been able to really get them under control. Well. That changed today. Mentally I don't know if I was ready before - and now that I've got someone who knows what they are doing, and will keep me on track and tailor it for me when I go back out on the road kicked my ass into gear. While today was day one- we've got to start somewhere and I'm excited to really be able to commit to this in the next 2 months before we go back out - and she's got a whole plan for me!! Working out & eating right! Also, we're gonna work on her photoshop skills 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️💪🏼
