Woke up today another year older and wiser - this is what I’ve learned - We don’t need to have everything figured out, no one really does, and even if you think you do, life can throw a curve ball that can change everything in an instant - Don’t run from yourself, it will always catch up to you. Put the work in to know yourself, honor yourself, love yourself, and see how your outer world responds, it’s truly beautiful and magical ✨ - There are gifts in pain and hard times. It’s hard to see in the moment but when you “wake up” from it they come, and choosing this perspective can help healing faster - Find your people (you’ll know in your heart and soul) when you do - not forcing, not chasing, not compensating - hold those people close, life is hard and having a strong community to lean on is necessary - I’ll say it again LOVE YOURSELF SO FUCKING MUCH - be obsessed with the person you look back at in the mirror because that is the longest relationship you will have on this earth, and if that relationship is struggling it will effect other parts of your life. #birthday #grateful
