Training for PB’s every session sounds crazy and it is when the PB is based on weight lifted.
It might serve you well to maximise your form and base your PB’s on form not weight.
You can lift heavier without getting stronger and you can get stronger without lifting heavier.
Ps True Anderson squats the bar rest on the supports.
I’m doing a modified version to increase the time under tension and create maximum muscle damage as opposed to maximum bragging rights 😂
