NEW MENU BOOK. After exploring division, unity and what's 'foreign' (both in terms of flavour, and in a wider sense) through our 'British Cookbook', we release our most ambitious menu to date. Again following a cookbook format (using the ingredients in the drinks at the front, a detailed dive into the madness behind the ingredients to the back), this round, we go a step further and explore ancestry. But not in a biological, Dandelyan way, but exploring those human stories that we love to help connect people with – through food – at Lyaness. Yes, you are a product of your genetics and the long lineage that connects that, but you can overcome these biases, prejudices, fears – in the modern world, we get to chose our families, and we get to chose what excites us, turns us on, makes us feel more alive. So we looked at these connections, and created ingredients that speak to these stories, and created drinks that bring to life these rich narratives. And holy shit the team have pushed the creativity.
