Reverse 🔄 Liner I recently received this Bright, Blue Based red lipstick from @givenchybeauty but wanted to give it more of a Vampy- look so I paired it with one of my favorites: @charlottetilbury Foxy Brown Lipliner and the combination is just 🤌🏼🤌🏼💄 By applying the lipstick first it will actually make your lipliner go on MUCH smoother and easier and be more impactful because the lipstick won’t outshine the liner.
