This house has spoiled me. It’s making me think about all of the qualities of a home I never knew I needed, but now can’t live without. Among the top must-haves for me if we ever were to leave this home are these: - South, east, and west-facing windows in the great room - Mature trees (not sure we’d ever find trees at eye-level like we have in this home, but I love looking out our main floor windows and feeling like we’re in a treehouse!) - Views! This house looks west toward the Rocky Mountains and south toward Table Mesa - Open concept, but allowing for defined spaces within that open concept, if that makes sense - High ceilings.
