Your coach may not actually be a fucking coach .. Your average JR USAPL lifter that is accepting clients after their first meet is not actually a coach. The kid is just a glorified programmer .. Someone who actually has coach DNA in them is someone who inspires and pushes you to greatness you may not even see in yourself at times and this isn’t even limited to powerlifting lol .. If you’re uncertain about your coach for any reason, you probably have the wrong coach for you🤷‍♀️
