FOR SALE 🏰
Acquiring this 1890 French limestone Bordeaux Chateau today in America is similar to the bygone days of acquiring a Hearst-like castle in Southern California. When this Chateau sells and is shipped, it will most likely be the last one that ever leaves France, as the patrimony laws in France now restrict any export of classical property.
The Chateau was disassembled by stonemasons in 1989 and stored in a warehouse in Bordeaux, where Alisanne Frew discovered the massive collection of stones in December 2020. The Chateau was designed in the neoclassical style of the Petit Trianon at Versailles and is 14,000 SF. All the stones have been documented in CAD and Excel and have been expertly repacked on 432 new export pallets, ready to export anywhere in the world.
Additional limestone from the original quarry is available to expand the Château design.
Price (includes shipping cost) : $7,500,000
