I’ve never had a bad meal at @mastrosofficial in Beverly Hills and they’ve added a new garden area to the Penthouse that is just lovely. My go to steak is Australian Wagyu Tomahawk cooked MEDIUM (to render the fat for the perfect texture). Their heated plates are a nice touch and while it doesn’t need it, you can add truffle butter or bone marrow butter for some extra decadence. Their wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, garlic mashed potatoes and garlic truffle cauliflower are all classics. And one must always finish with a butter cake.
