FOCUS: QUADS. HAMSTRINGS & GLUTES.
WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Move quickly between each exercise (A1, B1, B2 etc) and have no longer than 10 seconds rest between.
No longer than 90 seconds rest between sets
A1: Uses the pyramid set method which requires
sets to be performed in rapid succession.
WORKOUT:
A1 BARBELL INCLINE SQUATS (HEELS ELEVATED) (PS 12, 10, 8).
B1 LYING HAMSTRING CURLS (15)
B2 DUMBBELL SUMO DEADLIFTS (15).
C1 DUMBBELL WALKING LUNGES (10)
*I changed to alternating reverse lunge
C2 EXPLOSIVE STEP UPS (10)
*I changed to reverse lunge pulses.
