Unpublished life lately: I had dinner with one of my best friends the other night, reflecting on how my word of the year—surrender—brought more challenges than I ever expected. It’s been a constant practice to stay present and open to life’s curveballs. But as we step into the final month of the year, I’m beyond grateful to see the stepping stones I’ve been laying over the past few years finally coming together.
