✔️ GRUB RECIPE: SWEET PUMPKIN EGG ROLLS 🍁 Full recipe below! Fall has officially arrived so Iet’s give pumpkin season a sweet start. These harvest style grub rolls are pumpkin pie inspired but take it a different level. It’s got everything you could want too, from pumpkin to chocolate to caramel. 😋 🎃 Fall is my favorite season of the year. Expect my content to reflect that. Hope you’re enjoying all the recipes, Grubfam! 📌 SWEET PUMPKIN EGG ROLL RECIPE 1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine 1 can of pumpkin purée, 1 can of sweet potato purée, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 & a 1/2 cups of cream cheese. Lightly mix and add flour as you go to thicken mix if needed. 2️⃣ Pour batter into a mixer and whip fast, adding in another half cup to cup of cream cheese and light amounts of flour to thicken. Once whipped, put mix into the fridge for 20 minutes. 3️⃣ Add a bag of white chocolate chips to a large bowl. Fold pumpkin batter into the chips, mixing consistently. Use roughly 2 cups of batter per bag of white chocolate chips. 4️⃣ Roll two dollops of mix into egg roll wrappers tightly. Make sure to egg wash the sides to bind while rolling. Roll in a bit of flour after to get dry. Let egg rolls sit for 5-10 minutes then. 5️⃣ Lightly brush olive or vegetable oil on egg rolls and put in air fryer at 390 degrees until golden brown. Remove and let sit. 6️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix one can of sweetened condensed milk with caramel and whisk until well blended. 7️⃣ Put sweet glaze over egg rolls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
