My work had a bbq cookoff. Won 1st place for the West Texas division. Had to start fires at 8, turn in a 1/2lb burger patty at 10, leg quarters at 11, and ribs/pineapple dessert at 12. Everything was cooked on my ugly drum and kettle. Cookin in a short time frame is alot harder than just in the backyard.
