Year 1 of coaching in the books! ✅ All-District Cross Country runner (18th place) ✅ 800m District Champ ✅ 800m Area Champ ✅ 800m Regional (3rd place) ✅ 800m 6A STATE QUALIFIER (8th place) What an honor it is to work under my former college coach (Jason Covarrubias) and a 3x Olympic gold medalist (Jeremy Wariner) at Lancaster. As you may know, the college-athlete chapter of my life ended in December. Having the opportunity to give back to the sport that gave so much to me is an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.
