Strathcona Poems - October 2nd, 1 pm Hosted by Vancouver's Sixth Poet Laureate, Fiona Tinwei Lam, eight talented youth, emerging and established poets will read their award-winning poems about the historic Strathcona neighbourhood. Expect to hear a few poems set in the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden! Adrian Yue, Angela May, Crystal Peng, Donna Seto, Kelsey Andrews, Isabel Hernandez-Cheng, Sharon Pan and Vivian Li. Entrance will be located on Carrall St and access to this event is free. Co-sponsored by the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden and the Asian Canadian Writers Workshop.
