Season opened on Thursday and we have a half Spiny Lobster from @seastephaniefish with Housemade Grapefruit Kosho Aioli served with a roasted Miatake and Trumpet Mushroom with Shoyu Butter and Tomato.
We are proudly offering local Pacific Mackerel caught by @hahafishco done in the Japanese Style of Shime Saba (cured in Sea Salt and then Rice Vinegar and served raw) with a @roots_organic_farm Radish, Fennel and Shiso Salad.
