On March 4 2021, Nick Sethi and Alexander Rotondo flew from NY to Atlanta to photograph the City Girls for Interview Magazine. Only recently out of lockdown, the shoot was to take place at the Hilton Atlanta, where the photographers drove directly, and remained without leaving during their 48-hr stay. This unintentional publication chronicles those 48 hours holistically, where pictures of eye infections, inside jokes, and chicken tikka masala live alongside images of the superstars and behind the scenes views of the shoot. The title, borrowed from the pages of Interview, celebrates the nature of friendship and collaboration embraced both by JT & Yung Miami and Sethi & Rotondo alike. “DUO,” 102 pages, self published, $25
