Medicine is important. Medicine saves lives. But it’s CRISIS care, not health care. The health care model of the future (and now) is about Biological Health, getting down to the ROOT CAUSE of why you’re sick 🤕 or feel the way you feel. Imagine this - you have a Standard American Diet pond, loaded up with sugar, processed foods, crappy carbs, grains, dairy, soda, unhealthy fats, chemicals, and STRESS. Now take the pond next to it, that’s not perfect, but mostly clean, oxygenated moving water, fresh algae, etc (80/20 lifestyle). Now, we have TWIN fish 🐠 🐠 born with the SAME exact genetics, and one goes in the clean pond, and the other in the toxic pond. Over time, what do you think will happen to both fish? The fish can only be as healthy as the water in which it swims in, right!? And guess what, the SAME goes for your cells. You are only as healthy as the terrain in which your cells live. This is what my Live Blood Cell Test looks at. Conventional blood tests are very important, but they’re only assessing the QUANTITY - this is how high your cholesterol is, or your vitamin D level, or number of immune-fighting white blood cells, etc... It doesn’t look at the QUALITY, which is your EPIGENETICS, or how your lifestyle choices are effecting you down the cellular level. So if I see a red blood cell on microscopy that is breaking down and dying prematurely (or premature aging), I don’t treat the red blood cell, just like you don’t treat the fish (unless it were in a crisis) - I help you change your water or the biological terrain. How do we do that? Better breathing and strategies to manage stress eating, hydration, greens and chlorophyll, minerals, lymphatic drainage, detoxification, and ACID-KICKING exercise. 💧🌱 Get back to the basics, make better choices, use your food as medicine, and you’ll move the dial, live longer, live better, and will have much less to worry about during one of the highest stressed times in human history.
