Probably the only ‘diet’ I’ve ever stuck to 😍🤯 I’m not kidding you when I tell you I am thoroughly enjoying all my new food choices from @mfgoalgettersuk by @musclefooduk AD. I’ve told all of my friends about it & basically anyone who will listen! The choice on the menu is insane, I get three snacks & three meals each day which I can choose & they get delivered to me for my week ahead! This has made my life SO much easier to eat the right things for me & make good decisions for my health & my body. It’s so difficult with Abel to make time to find healthy recipes or to shop for what I need, it’s all well & good seeing inspo for recipes but having the time to shop for ingredients & cook them is another thing. Having this delivered to my door which I can stick in the fridge & just grab when I need it is perfect. Just look at that steak sandwich 😍 WHAT 😍 It’s working perfectly alongside the @abx.performance app which I can enter all my meals into as well to keep a track. I think the reason I’m so gassed about the Goal Getters system is because it just is EASY & TASTY. It’s all stuff that I love to eat I don’t even feel like I’m being healthy?! AD
