The galleried hallway here in the home of interior designer Patrick Williams @berdoulat_interior_design was designed to connect two buildings. Originally, Patrick and his wife Neri had to access their bedroom by clambering over the roof. Looking across you can see a bench in the exterior bathroom and windows which look directly into the Berdoulat shop. The glass ceiling lantern provides a rich light source into this room and the kitchen below. The columns and wooden gallery design is based on the original gallery in the shop and is painted in @edwardbulmerpaint London Brown. Paintings by Rosie William’s Patrick’s mother hang either side of the doors.
