Natures museum of 800 year old trees. (English below 👇🏻) העמק המת בנמיביה הוא אחד מהמקומות האלה שכשרק התחלתי לצלם לפני כמה שנים, ראיתי תמונות שלו וישר הכנסתי אותו לרשימת המקומות שאני חייב להגיע אליהם בעולם. כי זה אחד מהמקומות האלה שקצת קשה להאמין שהם אמיתיים ואתה אומר לעצמך שאתה חייב לראות את זה בעצמך בשביל להבין אם זה באמת כמו שזה נראה בתמונות (ספויילר: זה כן) השילוב של העצים השחורים עם רצפת החימר הלבנה ודיונות הכתומות ברקע מייצרים מאזן מושלם של צבעים ואור שקשה להפסיק להסתכל עליהם. אז בשביל מישהו שאחת האהבות הגדולות שלו זה צילומי טבע ונוף מדברי טהור, זה לגמרי הפך לאחד המקומות שהכי נהנתי לצלם ולבקר בהם בעולם. ובתכלס הבונוס הכי גדול זה שהגעתי לשם בכלל בשביל עבודה. שזה משהו שרק יכולתי לחלום שיקרה לפני כמה שנים בודדות. Deadveli was one of those location I saw when I just started taking photos, and I immediately set my mind on going there someday. Because it’s one of those places where you like you need to see it with our own eyes to understand if it’s really as the photos make it to be (spoiler: it is) The combination of the black dead trees with the white clay ground and the giant orange dunes in the background makes for a perfect balance of colors that’s hard to stop looking at.
