WHEN ART AND MUSIC PLAY YOU This week I had a privilege to serve Tea at two incredible events. One at @the.dot.project gallery - at the opening of @heath_wae exhibition that is infused and inspired by Tea. And I could feel it so fully. The paintings were on each side and behind me, and with each bowl of tea I felt the golden love light shakti flowing from them - my whole body was vibrating and receiving that Tea love from the paintings. It felt as if there were three ovens and the doors were gradually opening and I was almost fried with that blissful love. It was the full body experience of art and tea. It was magical. I understand why Heath's work sells out so quickly. It is a pure transmission of Love. And another one at our collaborative event with @garwynlinnell with Tea and Cello Journey. Where, after serving tea, we went on a cello journey - and my body completely dissipated - there were just sensations dancing and moving with each sound, with each note. "I" didn't listen to music, I was played by music for an hour. There was just music penetrating, moving, healing, transforming. And I felt so lucky - this was such a unique event - where else in London can you have such an intimate event with Tea and a cello taking you on a journey in the most beautiful cosy space with the fireplace @season.s.z.n ? For only 14 of us? At both of them I experienced how, after dropping into the heart with Tea - art and music start playing you. When you don't just see the art with your eyes or listen to music with your ears - they are perceived through your whole consciousness, through the totality of experience. At the heart of Chadao is Deep Listening. Listening with your mind, your whole body, your whole awareness. Tea opens you up to start receiving fully - beauty, art, music, life. Receiving in an intimate way that we all crave for.
