Some filled with incredible joy Some filled with deep deep sorrow Some wasted on worries I now laugh about Some filled with dreams that came true and others I never got to see Some filled with heartbreak I never thought I would overcome All filled with friends from all walks of life that taught me lessons I needed to learn . Sometimes I wish I could go back and tell my 17 year old self, my 20 year old self, my 26 year old self, my 30 year old self, my 35 year old self... What I know now! It feels like I would have lived life better. BUT... I wouldn’t know what I know now, without experiencing every single thing I did then. As I sit here today, looking back on all of those yesterdays that made me who I am today.. I feel intense Gratitude for the giver of the gift that allowed me every single one of them.
