A321Neo seat recline not available in the row of seats in front (ROW 16) of the over wing exit. This is so it will not obstruct the escape path. So when you are booking your flight make sure you know what seat you get. Another thing to mention is that the tray table latches in row 17 (the exit row) only turn inboard as to not come down and obstruct evacuation.
