•THE MAT DOESN’T DISCRIMINATE - it’s amazing how blood, sweat and tears wash away prejudices we might have towards one another. I’ve been fortunate enough to see peopl from every walk of life come together in harmony at my own personal gym @carolina_combat_sports , but to be able to meet, compete and train with people from different parts of the world is incredibly enlightening. This is truly the best sport in the world 🔥😤🙌🏽
