“Labour Day” Energy 💫 No makeup, no sleep, no problem. The one thing I have learned this last 2 years is to romanticize and choose gratitude for everything in my life. Even the absolutely overwhelming miserable days.... I throw on a sad song and cry it out. Because the tears are absolutely beautiful too.... and learning to choose yourself no matter the consequence is every bit as rewarding as my mother told me it would be. — my 5 year old wet the bed on our 2nd night at our new home and it wasn’t until I tried to wash the mattress pad that I learned it didn’t work. So off to the laundromat we went for one of my favorite days of all time. Your mind is so powerful.... positive energy is contagious... particularly for children. So even in crappy situations I try to find the humor or turn it into something fun.
