If you were training with purpose, tempo, discipline, you will absolutely see results using dumbbells, cables, machines, whatever you have access to! This was a great bicep workout. EMOMx10 ( I worked for 45 seconds and gave myself a 15 second break before starting on the minute again)
-perform max deficit wide push-ups! Drop two knees when needed
