While I was in the Dallas area I visited @naturallyrootedmansfieldtx 💚 While they have so much more to offer apart from what I experienced, I want to tell you all a little bit about the services I used! To start off we used the HIEMT body shape which delivers impulses to the muscles! We did this on my abs and my booty which provided me muscle stimulation with the equivalent doing of about 20,000 sit ups and 20,000 donkey kicks! With this you’ll see a difference in your muscle definition over the next few days! All while lying down??
