Update from @pizzeriabianco Our young team is training + working hard w/ our amazing GM Leslie and supported by our Phx team that are in rotation to help shape our ethos, culture and intention ... most importantly to me, my impressions of our assembled humanity is ...they are kind, work hard and care ... it just takes time and repetition .. I could not ask for anything more. I feel super solid about our kitchen .... chef Marco is not only a rising star chef, heโ€™s an even better man, our whole kitchen Team is just a beautiful group of kids - I am so grateful they let an old guy like me bump around the kitchen and feel that I too have a place ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ And to all the kind people your patience and your decades of support mean the world to me and our family more than I can mumble, I do not want to let u down ... I will announce opening dinner date in the coming days. Doing my best to provide all and any runway needed to stay above the weather and for us all to enjoy the ride - hoping itโ€™s a loooooong one .... ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ PS - Lunch (slices 18โ€ NY style pies and pane style sandwiches) is still going strong!
