You are injured and can’t workout❓❓❓
Well, I think there are definitely cases where you can’t or really shouldn’t workout.
Then there are cases, especially once you are in the healing or recovery process where you actually CAN workout. The workout most likely will look different than what it usually is. That’s totally okay! What really matters is that you are active, you are moving and keep the body going. I believe that will also help you in your recovery and your mental state.
Maybe a workout looks more like going for a walk or doing some simple movement with no weights or working out the lower body if your upper body is injured...there are a million ways how you can stay active while healing or recovering.
First and foremost, consult with your doctor first to make sure you get the green light to workout.
