I feel like its so easy to be like “oh my my” every time they have you step on scale at doctors office. But its normal to gain weight, and quite a bit too. Youre growimg a human! rest in that and dont worry too much! i am 6 weeks PP and have not stepped on scale once because I have been resting and healing and It shouldnt be about bouncing back.
