Here’s my story! I left teaching to pursue my passion. This happened kind of accidentally as I was forced to stay home and take care of my terminally ill daughter. As soon as she was diagnosed with this debilitating disease A-T, in which they don’t live past their teens, I made a conscious decision to want to spend every moment of the day with her. Then, she got Lymphoma and that was basically the end. But, during my caretaking phase I started improving my home by painting several rooms, making art canvases, and I even painted a Parisian cafe on my daughter’s nursery wall. I started teaching myself the basics and I started to get addicted to this thing called interior design. It became very therapeutic for me to turn my grief into making my home beautiful. Soon after we lost our daughter we built a home and this is where I really honed in on something in that just came naturally to me. Then I started my IG page and here I am.
