My mentor and friend Mr.Irving Penn, would have turned 105 years today . I started assisting him in 1994 until 1996 as his third assistant, with an amazing team, in his studio at fifth avenue 💙 We did @clinique campaigns, portraits for @voguemagazine and Mr. Penns own projects, photographing garbage in the streets of Manhattan, early mornings, with his own home built 8X10 camera! I have learned so much from this man and artist, and I am forever grateful for the years with him!
