Comfort and trust about your relationship with your physician is arguably as if not more important than the management itself in certain settings. Regardless of what the speciality, you need to feel good about the person you're entrusting your health with. Perfect management could come with uneasiness for the whole journey if that part isn't set, so either confirmation or simply vibes is always a 'good enough' reason when it comes to someone literally taking care of you.
