Full recipe below & the small details of vanilla, coconut sugar, spices and pumpkin truly make all the difference. 🍁 You’re gonna love this one! 📌 PUMPKIN HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE 1️⃣ In a small pot add three cups of milk (you can use non dairy, regular milk or half and half) and begin to heat on low-medium heat. 2️⃣ Once milk begins to heat, add in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, teaspoon of pumpkin spice syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon and teaspoon of sweetener (I prefer coconut sugar but you can use sugar, maple syrup, etc) stir and continue to heat. 3️⃣ Once blended and warm, add in two tablespoons of pumpkin purée and stir until totally mixed into milk, turning a mellow orange color. 4️⃣ Add in roughly 1 cup of white chocolate (add more or less for your sweet preference) to heating milk, stirring until completely melted. Sprinkle with little nutmeg and mix. 5️⃣ Let it cool to drinking temperature, top with fresh whipped cream.
