Before ➡️ After A year didn’t seem that long ago. Sean and I discussed today that we love opening restaurants, even ones outside of our own. We always have. That’s even how we met. There’s a level of trust that is so special and specific when a new restaurant opens. A camaraderie that doesn’t last forever.
