As a longtime lover of Japanese culinary tradition, I have a lot of respect for their seasonal inspiration and the art of their craft. I always dreamed of being involved with a restaurant that honors the Omakase experience. This week @one_vanderbilt we announce the opening of a unique new destination in the heart of #manhattan, @joji.nyc. Our talented Chefs @georgeruan « aka JOJI » @wayne.s.cheng and @xiao812 will take diners to a classic #Tokyo experience in an intimate and refined setting. We are also very proud to bring a to-go experience @jojiboxnyc to those that work in the Grand Central area and commuters and tourists who are looking for a convenient, high-quality takeout option.
