Designer Francesca Marchisio, after graduating from the Marangoni Academy in Milan, won the MaxMara Award in Riccione, Italy in 2001. After that, she started working as a fashion designer for the group. In 2007, she was one of the winners of the Next Generation presented by Camera Nazionale della Moda and presented her first collection at Fashion Week.
