Nothing says January quite like warm, creamy oatmeal. š„ And these antioxidant-packed oats from IIN alum, @thecarolinalifestyle, are the cure for any bleak winter morning. Full recipe below:
ā Boil 1 cup water
ā Add 1/2 cup GF quick cooking oats
ā move to simmer
ā Add frozen blueberries + cinnamon & maple syrup to a bowl and microwave for 1 min
ā Add 1 tbsp flax seed + 1 tbsp chia seed to oats and keep stirring until desired texture (~2 min)
ā Plate it up, add 1 tbsp favorite yogurt + 1 tbsp almond butter + hemp seeds + cinnamon
