So deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of Duncan Hannah. Duncan and I found each other on IG and managed to form a long distance friendship, exchange works and even exhibit together in a two person show in Tel Aviv @alonsegevgallery Duncan’s work is steeped in the past, the very same decades I keep looking back at. His work has a certain detachment which I find irresistible. RIP dear DH. A great painter with a unique voice and a gentleman with a gentle soul.
