I feel like a new person. Thank you @civanaresort for giving me a place to turn inward, rest, enjoy silence, release with Ayurvedic massages and detox wraps, and feel a little sunshine on my face. I think we are moving so fast, juggling multiple responsibilities- family, work, et al- all the time, that we get so run down we can’t even recognize it because we still have things to do. I think I waited too long to just stop. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to step away and get back to neutral. My goal? To not let myself get so lost in DOING, that I NEED rather than WANT, a respite. At least I’m going to try. Be good to yourselves friends. ❤️ #civana
