Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shots Melt chocolate - I used @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company melting wafers Place mold on baking tray Fill mold with chocolate Tap tray onto counter to eliminate any air bubbles (you can pop the bubbles when they surface) Refrigerate until chocolate hardens Remove chocolate from mold (you'll need to firmly pull for it to release at the end) Fill each with shot of choice - I used chilled Baileys (strawberry flavor) Top with whipped cream - I used @Reddi-wip Add a strawberry for garnish.
