A brand is not just taking pictures of pretty girls and having good decor. Although I love creating content and branding my business , having a successful brand is more then what the eye can see. EC is a culture I am creating, it’s an atmosphere and experience that people can feel. It’s ensuring a place for artist feel their passion flow when they come in to work. It’s making sure that you bring success to all those who are apart of the culture, not just your own self. I take my title as an owner very seriously because I know it’s not just about me. When I interview someone to become apart of the team I sell a dream and I’m here to deliver. I’m not perfect, I’m constantly growing and learning better ways. It’s alot of trial and error, listening to your staff, listening to your clients and doing your best to balance what you feel is the best decision for all. My goal is that my team can soar as high as they wish to dream at the coast and have nothing holding them back. Being an artist that spent so many years feeling out of place, my mission is to make all those that enter my doors feel at home.
